Nissan Qashqai Break Problem, Pedal Gave Out While Driving

July 29, 2024 1:02 AM47

Hello, I bought a Nissan Qashqai and regret it. I have been a Qashqai user for a very long time. I renew the car when it is 2-3 years old. But I have problems with my last car. My Nissan Qashqai, which I bought new in 2022, broke down twice without warning while driving and endangering the safety of my family and me. The brake pedal suddenly gave out while driving and the brake stopped functioning. Making an appointment for repair is a problem. If you make an appointment, they are always waiting for parts from abroad, unfortunately. I have problems with my car, I bought new, and I cannot reach an official from Nissan Turkey. The car they sell saying "It protects both you and itself" has put the safety of my entire family at risk. The officials who are very interested until the sale are not there after the sale. Nissan did not stand behind its good in this problem I experienced. Know and Think Again!

It is beneficial for the followers to know the process, Even though Nissan Turkey admitted that the vehicle they sold me was defective, they did not resolve my grievance. They said that the new model vehicle is 2 million TL, and that my vehicle is worth 1.26 million TL, and that they could replace my vehicle for 740 thousand TL :) Of course, the fact that my family narrowly escaped death is not important, they acted as if I had brought the vehicle for trade-in! 1- As soon as I hung up the phone, I called two dealerships for the same package new vehicle, and the price I got was 1.85 million TL, and this is the price obtained over the phone without final negotiations. Please note that this price includes the dealership margin, while Nissan Turkey counts it as 2 million TL. 2- I received offers for my vehicle (from otoplus, arabam.com, and carvak) ranging between 1.40 and 1.43 million TL. These institutions' business model is based on buying vehicles slightly below market value and reselling them for profit. 3- We narrowly escaped death, friends; we did not bring the vehicle for trade-in. Even in such a situation, Nissan Turkey aims to sell the new vehicle for 150 thousand TL more, buy my vehicle for 150 thousand TL less, and make extra profit. They did not even apologize during this process. 4- Even though I approached them conciliatorily, presenting these reasons and explaining that their offer was meaningless, they said, "You can use legal means if you want," while everything was crystal clear. I will seek my rights through legal means and will try to keep you informed here continuously. I want you to know the situation of a company that disregards the safety of its customers and causes such grievance to someone like me, who has been a long-time Nissan user, recommended it to friends and family, and bought two new Qashqais.
