There is a high-pitched metallic rubbing-like noise coming from the front tires of my 2023 Nissan Qashqai E-Power. Although the authorized service center performed checks and cleaning procedures, the issue has not been resolved. The service team states that this is a chronic issue and that no further action can be taken. When I contacted Nissan Turkey, they did not initiate any customer satisfaction process to address or follow up on the issue. Instead, they referred me back to the same service centers that had previously stated they could not resolve the problem. (The last service visit was three weeks ago.) It feels like they expect me to keep visiting multiple service centers indefinitely. Neither the manufacturer stands behind the vehicle they sold, nor is there confidence in the competence of the service teams. How will this issue be resolved?
