My Nissan Qashqai, which I bought in 2021, has now given me its third AdBlue error since I've owned it. This is clearly a manufacturing defect that Nissan refuses to acknowledge or properly fix.
The first time this happened, they held my car for approximately two months. It took a notarized warning letter just to get a replacement vehicle after a month of waiting. They claimed the "brain" (ECU) was faulty. Then, the same error reappeared for a second time. This time, perhaps because I already had a replacement vehicle, they "fixed" it within a week. But now, it's happened for the third time!
This is unequivocally a production defect, yet Nissan refuses to take the car back or permanently resolve this recurring problem. They keep applying temporary fixes to a fundamentally flawed vehicle. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a massive disruption to my life and a complete betrayal of the trust I placed in the Nissan brand.
Nissan, you need to fix this chronic AdBlue error on my Qashqai immediately! Stop with the temporary patches and provide a permanent solution, or better yet, take this defective vehicle back. Your failure to address this ongoing manufacturing fault is unacceptable, and I demand a swift and definitive resolution.
