Battery Failure in 2023 Nissan X-Trail e-Power and Endless Wait for Repair
I recently purchased a Nissan X-Trail 2023 e-Power car. However, after just a short period of time, the vehicle experienced a battery failure, despite being relatively new with only 2,500 km on the odometer. The car has been in the service center for a month now, and I was informed that they are waiting for a new battery to be imported from abroad. It's frustrating that such a large company is unable to assist and instead relies on importing parts, which will take months. To make matters worse, they are not providing a replacement vehicle to alleviate my inconvenience. Buying a Nissan car has turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. I plan to take legal action by sending a formal notice through a notary. Nissan is not the reputable company it claims to be. We are left in a state of distress and disappointment.

Same thing has happened here in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, England, we have been told the X trail e force will be off the road for 10 weeks as they have to order a new battery from Japan! We have been given a Quashqi as a replacement but no where near fits our requirements, hope you can let me know how you got on.
