Nissa Car Rental Complaint Regarding A Rental Car Breaking Down And Not Being Replaced

I rented a Fiat with plate number 20 ALC 7*** from Nissa Rent A Car (via Eser Rent a Car, Kayalık Caddesi 113/A, Pamukkale, 20150, Turkey) from 17/06/2026 at 15:21 until 21/06/2026. I also have the reference number CJT-212418900 for this rental. On the second day of my rental, 19/06/2026 at around 16:10, the car broke down while I was using it normally. While driving, the vehicle suddenly started to emit smoke from the engine and to lose power. I immediately stopped the car and saw that a hose in the engine compartment was broken and leaking. I then contacted Eser Rent a Car and asked them to come and pick up the vehicle and provide a replacement car. The car was later towed, but I was not given any replacement vehicle for the remaining two days of my rental period. Because I still needed a car, I had to rent another vehicle from a different company and paid 221.69 euros out of my own pocket for those two days. In addition, I had already left a deposit of 500 euros for the original rental with Nissa Rent A Car. Due to this incident, I also lost one full day of my vacation, during which I had planned trips to other towns and beaches, and I had to wait for more than three hours for the tow truck and a taxi back to my hotel, which ruined my whole afternoon. For this loss of time, inconvenience and disruption of my holiday plans, I additionally request compensation for personal damage in the amount of 1,000 euros. Since the vehicle broke down due to a technical problem and I was left without a car for two days despite having a valid contract, I urgently request the full refund of my 500 euro deposit and the reimbursement of the two unused rental days, including the 221.69 euros I had to pay to another company, as well as the 1,000 euros compensation mentioned above. I also request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible, as my attempts to reach the company so far have not been answered.
