I received two medium-sized shoulder bags from the Nine West brand as gifts from my boyfriend. One bag has a full chain strap, and the other has a half-chain, half-leather strap. On both bags, the decorative “Nine West” stones fell off the first time I used them. Moreover, one of the bags—which I have never used—had a visible mark/stain on it, though I initially ignored it since it didn’t affect usability.

I later found out that I can’t return the products because more than 30 days have passed since purchase. Since the items were gifts, I don’t have the invoice or warranty documents, but I know the combined value of the two bags exceeds $55.

I’ve always been a loyal Nine West customer, but these quality issues have left me disappointed. I am not requesting a refund, but I kindly ask that the two defective bags be replaced with new ones.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
