Nine West Shoe Linings Peel After Only One Day of Wear

I have worn Nine West shoes for a long time and genuinely like the brand’s designs. After some time passes, I tend to forget my previous experience and purchase another pair. However, because of a recurring quality problem, I no longer plan to buy shoes from this brand.

When I wear the shoes without socks, the interior material starts peeling after even a single day of use and sticks to my feet. This is extremely uncomfortable and means I cannot wear these shoes anywhere I might need to remove them because the inside quickly becomes very unattractive. I do not experience this problem with other brands under the same conditions, yet it happens every time with Nine West shoes.

I previously purchased several pairs of Nine West shoes from the YKM store in İzmir and experienced the same issue with different models. For this reason, I believe this is not an isolated manufacturing defect but a recurring problem related to the quality of the materials used. I have also met many other Nine West customers who complain about the same issue. This makes it difficult to believe that the brand is unaware of the problem, yet it appears to have continued using the same poor-quality interior material for years.

Paying prices comparable to competing brands while receiving this level of quality makes me feel misled as a customer. I am not writing this complaint to request an individual refund or another personal remedy. I want Nine West to take this feedback seriously, improve the quality of its shoe linings and interior materials, and prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.
