Still No Response from Nike Emaar Store About My Return Request

On November 24, 2025, I visited the Nike Emaar store to return a defective product. Despite weeks passing, I have yet to receive any response regarding my request. I have tried calling all the contact numbers listed for Nike, but no one answers. It’s extremely frustrating to be left in the dark with no way to resolve this issue.

As a globally recognized brand, Nike’s lack of communication and support is deeply disappointing. I expected far better customer service from a company of this size and reputation. I need Nike to respond immediately and process the return of this defective item. Ignoring customers is unacceptable, and I urge Nike to address this issue promptly.
