Problematic Nike Dunk Low Retro, Clearly Protruding, Please Replace Immediately

I just got my new Nike Dunk Low Retro shoes, and the right one has a noticeable bulge because of a manufacturing issue. You can clearly see it when you put it next to the one on the left. I haven't worn them yet, and it's really disappointing to get them like this after spending a lot of money. I reached out to customer service to see if I could either exchange my item or get a refund. Sadly, I haven't heard back from them in days, whether it's good news or bad news. I hope my issue gets resolved quickly.
