My Expensive Pair of Nike Shoes Turns Sour Due to Defects
Four months ago, I paid 3,700 tl for a pair of Nike shoes at the Capacity Nike (Barçin Spor) store. Unfortunately, the inside of the left shoe developed a significant tear. I went back to the store where I bought them, but after an inspection, they told me they couldn't help. Frustrated and duped, I've decided to file a complaint with the Consumer Court and the Arbitration Committee as soon as possible. It's disheartening to see a major brand like Nike sell a faulty product and offer no assistance in resolving the problem. My hard-earned money is deserving of better, and I'm determined to seek restitution for this consumer blunder. If you've experienced a similar issue, it's past time to hold companies accountable for their products.
