I bought the Nike Zoom Mercurial Vapor 15 Pro FG Firm-Ground Football cleats directly from the Nike website. While participating in a training session, a stud on the left cleat unexpectedly broke after several months of regular use. I contacted the seller and had the item inspected, but unfortunately, their response was not positive. We've faced comparable issues in the past. Despite numerous efforts to seek assistance, no aid was provided. It's truly puzzling how cleats in this price range can deteriorate so rapidly, given that their sole function is for use on the football field. Regrettably, the experience with Nike and their customer relations has been highly unsatisfactory.
