Nike Refused to Replace My Coat Despite Deformation After Limited Use

I bought a coat from the Eskişehir Espark Nike store one year ago. Since it’s a winter coat, it was only used for about half a season, as it wasn’t needed during the summer. Despite this limited use, the product logo became deformed. When I brought the coat to the store, they refused to take any action, stating that over a year had passed, without even bothering to examine the product. Even companies like LC Waikiki offer exchanges without question in similar cases, yet Nike, a brand whose products cost ₺3,000 to ₺5,000, does not stand behind its product. Either Nike is failing to support its customers, or the store is selling non-original products.
