Nike Peeling Shoes Warranty Claim Rejected

I noticed some peeling and paint chipping on the edges of the Nike shoes I purchased about seven months ago. Even though I sent them for warranty inspection in perfect condition, they were still rejected. When we got them back, we realized they weren't in the same condition as when we left them. There was a lack of assistance from the staff, and their behavior was unpleasant. We didn't receive any assistance at all, even though we spent a total of ₺8000 on purchases for my spouse and child on the same day. I kindly request a resolution for this matter of concern.
