Even though I didn't wear them much, my Nike shoes got worn out on the heels. When I took them to the official service, they said they didn't find any issues with the manufacturing/material. So, they declined to meet my request. I don't buy into this assertion. I reckon the problem arises from a manufacturing defect, not a user error. So, I'm asking for a new pair to replace the old one. Thanks.
