Nike Refused to Address Quality Issue With My Maka Air Monarch IV 9 Sneakers

I purchased a pair of Nike Maka Air Monarch IV 9 sneakers from the Sportive Vialand AVM store. Despite using them only for 2-3 weeks within an 8-month period, significant wear and tears occurred, as shown in the attached photos. I sent the product to Nike twice through the supplier for evaluation, but both requests were rejected. I strongly disagree with the unsatisfactory technical report provided by the manufacturer, which claims the issue was user error. The damage is clearly at natural flex points and results from poor product quality, not misuse. It’s disheartening to spend so much money on what should be a quality product, only to be left without a proper solution.
