Nike Cleat Warranty Fail. Broken Stud Ignored After 1.5 Months

31

I sent my Nike cleats for warranty service, and after waiting for one and a half months, they returned them without any changes or repairs. Why would someone consider a broken stud to be the fault of the user? I would expect them to fix it, but the fact that it broke after only four months really emphasizes the low quality of both the product and the service. You're not a store that brings anything but regret.
