Warranty Rejects Nike Jordan Air Shoes Ankle Fraying
I bought a pair of Nike Jordan shoes from the Capacity Mall Sneaks Up store on October 22, 2023. I was really disappointed when I saw that the ankle cuff (front lace tip) was fraying on the very first day of wearing them. I wanted to resolve the issue, so I brought them back to the store on October 28, 2023, to get them checked. Surprisingly, the investigation found that there were no issues with the production or materials, so they refused to give a refund or allow an exchange. Why can't you return or get a refund for a pair of shoes that you've only worn once? Please, I'm asking you to support your product and help me with my problem. I want to make things right for this inconvenience.
