Nike Air Jordan 4 Retro Falling Apart After 4 Days, No Support from Seller

I bought the Nike Air Jordan 4 Retro ☆ b for my daughter to wear at school, and within just 4 days, the sole started coming off. I’ve been reporting this issue since September 13, but I can’t reach the seller directly. The intermediary company informed me (after I had to chase them) that since the shoes have been worn, a return isn’t possible. This is outrageous! How could the shoes fall apart after only 4 days of normal use? Why is a return not an option for such poor quality? I expect the seller to contact me and either offer a full refund or send a replacement pair immediately. This lack of support is unacceptable!
