Nike Air Sneakers Fell Apart in 2 Months—Expecting a Refund or Exchange

We purchased a pair of Nike Air sneakers from Mall of AVM in September, and despite being carefully worn by my daughter, the toe area has already started coming apart. We paid a significant amount for these shoes, expecting durability, but they didn’t even last two months.

These shoes were not used for sports, not washed, and never exposed to water. My daughter wore them for only two months before switching to boots for winter. How is it possible that a Nike product falls apart so quickly under such light use?

I am heading to the store to demand a refund or exchange. This is unacceptable, and after this experience, I will never buy Nike again. Nike, stand by your products!
