I bought a pair of sports shoes from the Cepa Nike store on February 28, 2023. I was disappointed to find that the leather at the front of the shoes had swollen in less than a year. I sent the item to be looked at, but to my surprise, they said it wasn't a problem with how it was made and sent it back to me. It's disappointing to see a company that doesn't stand behind the quality of their product. The Nike shoes I bought didn't live up to their name, so I'm stuck with a poor product that didn't even last a year. The fact that Nike won't take responsibility for a clear quality problem is disappointing, and as a customer, it makes me wonder how much they care about customer satisfaction.
