My Nike Men’s Sneakers Keep Tearing at the Heel—Same Problem Every Time

I’ve been a loyal Nike customer for years and always buy Nike men's sports shoes, but I’m seriously disappointed with the repeated quality issue I’ve experienced. No matter which model I buy, the shoes always start to tear from the heel area after a while. The rest of the shoe stays perfectly intact—solid and sturdy—but the back of the heel consistently falls apart.
At first, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but then I noticed my neighbor’s Nike sneakers—sitting outside their door—were also worn out in the exact same spot. That confirmed it for me: this is not a user issue, it’s a design or material flaw in the construction of Nike's shoes.
I never thought I’d have to write a public complaint about a brand I trusted, but this problem clearly isn’t just affecting me. Nike needs to re-evaluate their heel structure and start addressing the wear-and-tear problem that so many loyal customers are facing.
Hello, I reported an issue with Nike shoes but received no response. I did not expect this from a brand like Nike.
