Warranty Void on Deformed Nike Air Max 270
I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 270 sneakers from the Barcın Sports Emar store with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, the product became deformed, and the warranty is still valid. I took the shoes back to the store for inspection, but they rejected my claim. What kind of customer service is this? When you spend three thousand dollars on shoes, you expect them to honor the warranty and provide a replacement. Are we, as consumers, just a source of profit? Well, I won't stand for it. I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Rights Authority. I strongly advise against buying from this brand or store if you don't want to waste your money on a product and a seller that doesn't stand behind its quality.
