Nike Product Quality Fail: Swollen Feet After Just One Day of Use

I'm very unhappy with the quality of the Nike product I purchased. After only one day of wearing them, the shoes caused swelling in my feet. Even on the second day, I couldn't wear them. They kept me waiting for a month after sending them for inspection. They eventually claimed there was no problem and returned the shoes. It's hard to believe I paid 2500 TL for a pair of shoes I wore for only one day. Their grasp on customer satisfaction is non-existent. The product is of extremely poor quality. Is it sufficient to claim there is no problem and return it? My feet were in excruciating pain, and it appears that they are unaware of their condition.
