New Balance Doesn't Support Customers

I think New Balance is a brand with poor quality, and personally, I don't think they support their products well. They really upset their customers a lot. I really wish I had done some research before buying. Now that I'm looking into it, I see that everyone has the same complaints: these things tear easily, and the company always blames the user for using them incorrectly. Is everyone using it incorrectly? I paid way more than double the usual price for these shoes because I thought that if they cost so much, they would last a long time. But I made a mistake. I get why the outside of the shoe might get messed up, but how come the inside tears so easily? Here's my advice: don't spend your money on things that end up being useless. Just like me and other customers who have been affected.
