New Balance Premature Wear and Denial of Exchange

Back in April 2023, I purchased a pair of shoes from the New Balance Suadiye store, and I still have the receipt. After just one summer, the shoes began to show wear and tear on the edges and soles, even though they weren't worn in the winter. My husband also tried the men's version of this model and had a similar problem, even though his shoes were more worn. He complained and they said they would swap the product because of the issue. So, I'm dealing with the same ongoing problem with my shoes. But the company refused my request for an exchange, making me feel frustrated and ignored.
Hello, Your product review process is meticulously carried out by our expert team. As a result of the review, no material or manufacturing defects were found in your product. Within the framework of consumer law, you may request a second review for your product. Best regards, New Balance
First of all, I thank you for your response, but I am astonished by your stance of not standing behind the product and not offering any solutions. It is very clearly seen in the photos that the product has been worn little and used properly, and it also has a receipt. What will happen to my grievance when this product becomes unusable after a while? I have used products from many brands similar to the sole of the shoe, and believe me, none of them have separated from the sole. Your lack of solutions after sales has disappointed me as a customer. From now on, I will never recommend your product to my circle or my family. However, I cannot help but wonder if this attitude is valid within the borders of this country only, or do you exhibit the same stance in Europe or America when there are similar complaints about a product with a purchase document that is less than a year old?
