Hello, I bought a pair of New Balance 530 shoes from the store five months ago, and recently, a tear has developed in the mesh part of the shoe. After a month-long inspection, the shoes were returned to me with the explanation that the tear was due to user error. However, considering that many others have experienced tears in the same area, I believe the issue lies with the shoes themselves, not the user. The problem is not with the user but with New Balance's lack of support for their product.
