I Lost My Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Due to Faulty Packaging That Doesn’t Close

I recently purchased the Neutrogena Hydro Boost moisturizer, and while I’m satisfied with the product itself, the packaging is extremely flawed. The lid does not close properly, which led to the entire container leaking out—rendering most of the product completely unusable.

This isn’t a one-time issue either. Every time I try to seal the lid, it just won’t lock securely, no matter how carefully I handle it. As a result, a product I spent ₺300+ on has been wasted, not because of improper use but because of poor packaging design.

For a brand like Neutrogena, this is unacceptable. Customers should not be losing their products due to such a basic manufacturing flaw. You claim to prioritize skin health, but how about product integrity?

Neutrogena, please take this complaint seriously. I’m requesting a replacement or refund and expect the packaging issue to be fixed in future batches. A great formula means nothing if the product can’t be properly stored or used.
