I Felt Severe Burning from Neutrogena Blackhead Toner and Need Urgent Clarification

I recently purchased a Neutrogena toner specifically marketed for blackhead removal, expecting a gentle and effective skincare solution from a brand I’ve trusted for years. However, upon the very first use, I experienced an intense burning sensation all over my face. The discomfort was so strong that I had to rinse it off immediately.

I’m now seriously questioning whether this is a normal reaction or if there’s something wrong with the product I received. I’ve never encountered such a harsh formula from Neutrogena before. Has the formula changed recently? How is it possible for a facial toner to burn this much and still be on the shelves?

I request that Neutrogena urgently investigate this batch and issue a clear explanation to affected customers. If this product is not suitable for sensitive or even normal skin, it should come with a bold warning. I also expect a proper response about whether this is a known issue and what solution you are offering to customers like me who feel harmed and let down.
