Neutrogena Hydro Boost Micellar Water Burned My Skin—Formula Seems Changed

I’ve been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Micellar Water (400 ml) for a long time without any issues. It was one of the few products I trusted for my skincare routine. However, the most recent bottle I purchased burned my face immediately upon use.

I didn’t change anything else in my routine, and I used the micellar water just as I always had. This time, though, my skin reacted with stinging, redness, and irritation, and no matter what I apply afterward, the burning won’t subside. Something is clearly different. I suspect that the formula may have been changed without any clear warning or labeling to alert loyal customers like me.

For a product marketed as gentle and hydrating, this is completely unacceptable. I’ve gone from trusting Neutrogena to fearing what effect their next product might have on my skin.

Neutrogena, I’m asking for a full explanation, and if the formula has indeed been altered, you owe your customers transparency. I also request a refund or replacement and expect immediate action to prevent this from happening to others. This is not just about irritation—it’s about trust and responsibility for consumer safety.
