Neutrogena Refreshing Daily Scrub Burned My Face on First Use Despite “Gentle” Claims

Neutrogena’s Refreshing Daily Scrub seriously burned my face. I used the product exactly as instructed, gently washing my face and rinsing thoroughly. But the burning sensation wouldn’t stop and became even more intense with time. No matter what I try, the discomfort remains, and my skin still feels inflamed. I bought this product last month from A101, and according to the label, it was manufactured in France in 2024.
However, I couldn’t find any other listings or visuals online showing this exact packaging, which raises serious concerns. Is this a low-quality, repackaged version made specifically for discount chains? Or are we unknowingly being sold expired or faulty products under a new label?
There are multiple similar complaints online, so this isn’t an isolated issue. Why is Neutrogena still selling this harmful product? And more importantly, who is going to take responsibility for the damage it causes? I demand answers and immediate action. This product should be recalled and investigated before it causes more harm.
