On September 20, 2025, I purchased the Neutrogena Anti-Acne Facial Cleanser from A101. After the first use, I noticed an increase in acne and excess oil on my skin. I thought it might be part of the initial adjustment process, so I continued using it a total of four times, but the problems persisted, and I eventually stopped using the product. There was no visible damage to the packaging or any issue with the expiration date or product contents.
I haven’t contacted A101 because I threw away the receipt and assumed that a return wouldn’t be accepted since I had already used the product. I also haven’t spoken with Neutrogena customer service yet. Through this platform, I’m requesting a solution to my issue. I’m willing to send the product back and request a refund of approximately ₺150.
I kindly ask for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
