NetShort Is Charging Me Subscription Fee Despite Cancelling It

I had a NetShort subscription that I cancelled about a month ago, yet I was still charged again yesterday despite no longer being subscribed. I originally subscribed through Apple, and after seeing the new charge I contacted Apple Support. They checked my account and confirmed that I am not currently subscribed to NetShort, which makes this charge even more confusing and unacceptable to me. I request a full refund of this latest subscription charge and confirmation that my NetShort subscription is fully cancelled and will not be billed again in the future.
