Netshort Fraudulent Withdrawals

I clicked on a Netshort advertisement on Instagram and made a one-time payment of 9.99 USD on August 27, 2026 to finish watching a show. After that first payment, Netshort began charging my card 24.99 USD on a biweekly recurring basis without my clear consent for a subscription. So far, there have been three separate biweekly charges of 24.99 USD each, which I did not intend or authorize as a recurring subscription. I only agreed to the initial 9.99 USD payment and there was no clear and transparent information that I would be enrolled into an automatically renewing plan at 24.99 USD every two weeks. I contacted Netshort support through their support messaging system to cancel and resolve this, but I have not received any response. I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that the three biweekly charges of 24.99 USD each be fully refunded to my card as they were taken without my informed consent.
