I Report Netshort Unauthorized ₺1076 Charge; Demand Immediate Refund

I am reporting a severe issue with Netshort: ₺1076 has been unlawfully withdrawn from my bank account. I had previously deleted the Netshort application, and I never formally subscribed to any service. I demand to know by what right this money was taken. This is my hard-earned money, and I expect it to be returned immediately.

I deleted that application a long time ago and was not a subscriber, so this unauthorized transaction is deeply concerning and frankly, feels like theft. This incident has caused me immense financial distress and anger. If my money is not refunded by the end of today, I will proceed to the police station and file a formal criminal complaint.
