Netflix Canceled My Account Without Asking! No Refund, And No Help

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the cancellation of my Netflix subscription on February 24, 2024, without my consent or notification. Despite having paid for my subscription until March 7, 2024, I was denied access to Netflix. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that my subscription was canceled for security reasons and that I needed to reactivate it myself. When I requested a refund for the period until March 7, they refused to do so and told me to contact my bank. However, I am currently abroad and do not have the ability to contact my bank. Netflix has not offered any assistance in this matter. I am deeply disappointed that Netflix has canceled my account without my permission and without offering any solutions to the problem.

Same thing for me. Very bad service and I can't do anything about it. I contacted the bank to dispute transaction like what Netflix told me, the bank ask for evidence in writing from Netflix about not refunding. Netflix is not contactable since. Chat and phone are both not available. There's no email to contact. This is probably the new way to generate more margin from them. Randomly cancel subscription without refund and not allow you to contact. Worst service I've experienced. I'm trying to delete my account from them now, and that can't be done easily also when it is not currently in the subscribe mode.
