Netflix Login Error! Paid For 2 Memberships, Can't Access
Even though we bought two memberships, we couldn't get Netflix to work on either device, which was a total waste of our money. Whenever we attempt to log in, we receive a code in our email asking us to renew and update our account. Even though we have two memberships, we are unable to access it. Do I need to update it on a daily basis? Do I have to email a code every time I want to access it? That's ridiculous! Furthermore, there was a sudden surge in fees, and it's not clear how often it goes up each year. They do whatever they want.
