Netflix Membership Has Become A Complete Torture

We subscribe to the Netflix special package, a full membership for four people that has turned into a complete torture. It repeatedly displays the message "this device is not attached," fails to open, and requests a code to be sent. We update it every time, but the issue persists. My friends are fed up with this situation and have stopped using it. Even in the series I watch, it prompts for updates between two episodes, which is an absolute disgrace. Is this a tactic to push new memberships? We are unable to fully utilize the membership we paid for, and it's officially a defective product. Is Netflix considering a solution for this? It feels like victimization, and this situation needs urgent correction! Are user complaints being ignored? If this continues, I will cancel my membership and share this situation everywhere.
