I Keep Getting Logged Out of My Own Devices on Netflix Despite Paying Monthly

June 25, 2025 12:08 AM63

I’ve been dealing with the same issue on Netflix for months now, and I’ve had enough. Every time I try to log in to my own devices—the ones I’ve been using for years—I get an error saying “Incorrect user” or “This isn’t your account.” This happens repeatedly, even though I haven’t changed devices or shared my account with anyone.

Worse still, Netflix keeps asking me to update my devices as if they’re new or unauthorized. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with the same device verification error every month, even though I pay for my subscription without fail. They have no problem collecting my monthly payment, but they can’t provide consistent, quality service in return.

This has made using Netflix a constant headache instead of the relaxing experience it should be. I’m not getting the value I’m paying for, and I demand a proper resolution. Netflix needs to fix this recurring access and device update issue immediately, or stop charging me for a service I can’t reliably use.

My problem still continues in the same way even though months have passed.
