Netflix Continued Charging My Turkcell Bill After I Canceled

Even though I believed I had canceled my Netflix subscription through the application approximately 3–4 months ago, I later discovered that charges continued to be collected every month through my Turkcell mobile bill. In total, around $18 has been charged during this period without my awareness. Since I thought my membership was no longer active, noticing these recurring charges on my bill caused serious frustration and financial inconvenience.

Regarding this issue, I first contacted Turkcell customer service. However, they told me that I needed to speak directly with Netflix and that they could not process anything on their side. Afterward, I contacted Netflix by both submitting a support request and sending emails, but I have never received any response. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the charges continued to be collected from my account.

I request that my Netflix subscription and all charges billed through my Turkcell account be reviewed retroactively. I also demand a refund of the approximately $18 that was unfairly charged after I believed the subscription had been canceled. In addition, I want confirmation that my Netflix membership has now been completely terminated and a clear explanation regarding why the cancellation was not processed properly and why no response was ever provided to me.
