Netflix Charged Me Without Use – Unfair Payment, No Refund

I was charged by Netflix even though I did not use my subscription. I never received any notification or warning before the automatic payment was deducted from my account. When I attempted to cancel my subscription, I realized I had already been charged.

I contacted Netflix customer service, only to be told that refunds are not possible. However, I did not use the service, and I believe this charge is completely unfair. A company as large as Netflix should prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve such issues fairly.

I am demanding an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue legal action to protect my consumer rights.
