I canceled my Netflix subscription a month ago, yet three days ago, I received a "Welcome to our service" email despite not reactivating my account. I immediately canceled again, but Netflix still charged me for an entire month’s subscription.

I did not authorize this renewal and am frustrated that my cancellation was ignored. This is unacceptable behavior for such a reputable company. I request that Netflix reviews this situation and issues a full refund for the unauthorized charge. Please address this promptly to prevent further issues.
