Email Account on Netflix Got Canceled, Unauthorized Charges Happened

It's just puzzling. My email address has been canceled, but somehow, also very interestingly—they've gone ahead and swiped ₺150 from my account. I can't even access my two email addresses. I've been a loyal member for about two years now, and this is the first time I've been left scratching my head. I need someone to figure out this mess, and sort it out. I'm feeling a bit lost here, so a prompt response and resolution would be greatly appreciated.
