Cannot Access Netflix on Smart TV Following Purchase!
Hello, I had previously subscribed to Netflix and then canceled. I decided to sign up again, but this time for four people. I bought the item and then ran into a new problem. Two Smart TVs can't play the videos because they keep asking for a password. All of this problem comes from Netflix's inability to run the platform well. I can use my phone and tablet to get to it, but not my Smart TV. This means that only one household can use it, and it looks like you have to use all 4 user slots in the same household. This is definitely a management issue. Netflix has once again let me down. I hope the government will pay attention and find a solution soon.
