Netflix Profile Lock Keeps Disabling Itself on Samsung TV and Other Devices

30

On my Netflix account, the profile lock feature does not work properly. Even though I set a PIN lock for my profile, it deactivates on its own, allowing other users to add new profiles without restriction. I first noticed this problem on my Samsung TV, but the same issue also occurs when I log in through my tablet and phone. At first, the lock works correctly, but by the next day it automatically disables itself and no longer asks for a PIN. I have experienced this issue 3–4 times in total. I contacted Netflix customer service, but they were unable to provide a solution. My membership is active, I pay regularly via credit card, and there have been no payment or subscription interruptions. I am requesting that my profile security be ensured and that the profile lock feature be fixed to work properly. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly with the necessary technical support.
