Nestlé SMA Infant Formula Causes Red Skin Bumps and Allergic Reaction in Baby

I previously used one tin of Nestlé SMA Stage 1 powdered infant formula without any issues. However, when I fed my baby from the second tin I bought, red, pimple-like bumps developed on my baby's body shortly after. When we later tried a different brand of formula, we noticed these symptoms did not recur.

Suspecting the issue might be related to the product, I would like to share the information printed on the bottom of both tins. The bottom of the first tin, which caused no problems, reads "L-63270346AC 00 05" with an expiration date of May 31, 2028. The second tin, which caused the issue, reads "L=603803464AA 03 40" on the bottom with an expiration date of February 29, 2028. Additionally, the lid colors of these two tins are different. We started using the second tin, which we believe is defective, around July 29th.

I request an investigation to determine whether there was a change or issue with the formulation across these batches, specifically asking for a detailed inspection of the affected lots and ingredients. Due to this negative experience, I also request a refund for the tin I believe is problematic.
