I purchased Nestle chocolates on 06.12.2024, only to discover that while one was fine, the other was moldy, even though both had the same expiration date. My young child was about to eat the moldy one when their sibling noticed it and took it away. If they hadn’t caught it in time, my child could have been seriously harmed. I find it unacceptable that such a major brand would allow this to happen. This is a serious quality control issue that needs immediate attention. I request Nestle to investigate how this occurred, ensure such negligence is avoided in the future, and provide a resolution for this distressing experience.
