Nespresso Coffee Machine Service Problem
I took my Nespresso Coffee Machine in for service because the milk wouldn't stop foaming. Sadly, my product was broken while it was being used. I had to send it in twice, but both times, it came back without being fixed. They broke my product while they were fixing it, but they sent it back in the same shape. I asked for a replacement because there wasn't enough progress. My product was sent back one last time without any changes or explanations, which made me sad. I want to say that I am very unhappy with this brand and that I do not recommend it at all.

There was no assistance provided in any way, they didn't even get in touch. This company definitely exists just for show.
