My Nespresso Machine Broke Down After 3 Months

I bought a Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee maker three months ago, but I've only used it 15 times. Suddenly, it stopped working right, and instead of pouring coffee into the cup, it started leaking from the area where the used capsules go, making a mess on my counter. I sent it to the Nespresso service team because it was still under warranty, but I never heard back. I won't accept that a device that's only three months old has such a problem. As a customer, I want the company to replace it or give me my money back. It's disappointing when a well-known brand's product breaks down so quickly and customer service doesn't help. I sent my 3-month-old Nespresso Essenza Mini device to service because it was leaking coffee through the capsule compartment. They returned it to me today, saying no fault was found, and on top of that, they broke the water tank. I do not accept this device in this condition. I request an immediate response, otherwise, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights! I did not send this device to you broken, and I do not accept it broken!
