Neo Financial Transfer Failed, My 350 CAD Is Missing - Refund My Money Back

Last October 16 to 17, I tried to send money to the Philippines using my Neo Financial account. I logged in to Neo, went to “Organization,” typed “Ria,” and Ria Canada appeared. I clicked it and entered my cellphone number as the account number for Ria Canada, then entered 350 CAD and sent it. However, the money never arrived, and I have no confirmation showing where the transfer went.
