I requested a withdrawal from Olymp Trade 10 months ago, but I still haven’t received my money. They claim the transfer was completed, yet my account never received the funds.
They asked for my bank transaction history, which I provided. However, since my bank doesn’t issue statements in PDF format, I converted my Excel file to PDF and sent it. Olymp Trade refused to accept it, insisting on a bank-issued PDF, which my bank does not provide.
Why does the format matter more than verifying my transaction history? My money is still missing, and this process has dragged on for nearly a year! Olymp Trade, process my withdrawal now! A 10-month delay is unacceptable—I demand my funds immediately!
